Step By Step Care Home Guidance
Step 1: Zoning Approval
Before joining our program, you must have contacted your local zoning agency and received approval to operate a care home at your intended location.
Step 2: Business Formation Setup
We walk you through forming your business entity, registering with the state, obtaining your EIN, and understanding how to choose the right legal structure.
Step 3: Licensing & Administrative
Next, we help you complete key administrative tasks such as applying for your NPI number and obtaining labor insurance. You’ll also begin preparing for the documentation and requirements tied to your state’s licensing process.
Step 4: Preparing for Full Operations
In this final stage, we help you understand what comes next—from planning basic policies and care procedures to identifying staffing needs and future licensing steps. You’ll leave the program ready to take informed, confident next steps.
